Vanishree Sagar is passionate about helping students understand themselves, build confidence and make purposeful decisions about their education and future.
With a background in Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering, experience across professional and educational environments, and a strong interest in art-based learning and life-skills development, I brings a practical and creative approach to student development.
My approach goes beyond simply asking, “Which career should I choose?”
I encourages students to first explore:

• What skills do I need?
• What possibilities are available to me?
• What direction is right for my future?

Through counselling, interactive activities, creative learning and structured guidance, my goal is to help students become more self-aware, confident and future-ready.
